Yesterday, I received a replacement crown for an old one installed by another practice several years ago. Dr. Baker has quite impressive new technology that creates and installs a crown with in one visit (approx. 3-3.5 hours.) No pain, crown fits perfectly. All-in-all, a great experience provided by a professional, competent and very friendly team.

The staff is great! Seem to genuinely care about their patients. Dr. Craig is the nicest guy. He wanted me to go to a specialist and it turned out that they didn't accept my insurance. He personally called another place right then and there. Definitely recommend it to anyone!

It had been a long time since the last cleaning. The hygienist was prompt. Her chair was comfy. She was gentle but firm and I left with a great, clean feeling.

As former snowbirds, who are now permanent residents, we needed to locate a dental practice. We read the reviews of Dr. Bakers office after seeing he was offering a Groupon. On our first visit, unfortunately the electric company had some issues and the power was off at approx. 500 customer locations in the area around Dr. Baker's office. After the power was restored, we were able to get x-rays and an oral exam (very thorough I might add.) The office staff re-scheduled our cleanings and today completed them. Amy is a very personable and thorough oral hygienist and as my wife exclaimed.."she is so gentle." Dr. Baker gave us an open and honest estimation of our dental condition and we will be returning for some additional work. I appreciated the lack of pressure that I hear so often from patients at other dental offices AND the personable and friendly personalities that are displayed by his staff. I highly recommend this practice to new residents in the area or to anyone unsatisfied with their current provider. We are looking forward to many years of exemplary service from Dr. Baker and his team!

State of the art equipment including 3D imaging to make a PERMANENT crown in one visit. No temp crowns or need for a 2nd visit.

I was impressed with all of the new equipment Dr. baker has purchased for his practice. He uses the latest cutting edge digital X-rays and scanners. He even has athe equipment to make a crown while you wait! no more leaving with a temporary crown and coming back a week later. I wish I could my finger on why I was so comfortable. I'm a nervous nellie at the dentist. No one was impatient with me. The Dr. was extremely careful with his explanations to me. I left there very clear on what I need to have done immediately, what can wait, and what I might want to think about for the future. I did not feel rushed or pushed into anything. The insurance person helped me figure out the best way to get my work covered by my insurance. Every single procedure and move was explained to me ahead of time. It was just a very comfortable experience.

the receptionist Jen was great she was able to get me in same day when I was having mouth pain. she even called me to let me know I could move my 1pm appt to 10am and it was great how fast they got me in. my dental technician Brandon was very professional and had great bedside manners and was able to get my follow up appointments made. After a 4 year dental care hiatus I got my teeth cleaned by their dental hygienist and she left my teeth feeling smoother than a babies bottom. Her bedside (or dental chair) manners are exceptional. She constantly asked if I was in discomfort. Will definitely be returning for future cleanings.

I'm extremely squeamish especially when it comes to being touched by others and past history (very early years) of scary, creepy, mean dentists. My first visit with Dr. Baker was very kind and he took the time to answer my questions without making me feel stupid and didn't make me feel as if I didn't care about my dental health. For a long time I didn't have good or any dental coverage so I had to go to some really awful places and because the dental care was free, the dentist & staff treated me as if i didn't really matter and provided substandard care. Covid scared me away, and when my friend at SPC whom I told her about Dr. Baker some years back said she had an appointment I was like thinking I must be nuts! If anything, keeping a healthy mouth is just as important and now that I have endured breast cancer treatment and back surgery and doing well I might add I can only get better by getting back on track with my dental care. Yes a very long message, this is not my normal thing to do but I just felt the need to write it. These past 5 years have been extremely challenging health-wise for me. Although initially I was a bit nervous, Michael who provided my dental service was very professional and not rough when cleaning my teeth. I appreciate that he took the time to explain everything he was doing, didn't make me feel embarrassed for cleaning 2 years of yuck (uggh!!) out of my mouth. A bit heavy on the water but i agree it made for a better clean (smile). I hope that he will be the one to clean my teeth at the next appointment.

I have high dental anxiety and have put off having work done for over ten years. I was finally able to get through an entire procedure after finding Dr Baker. I am new, my first visit on 3/31, I had digital x-rays, exam and teeth cleaned. I was very satisfied with the professionalism and friendliness of everyone who took care of me. On my second visit on 4/8, I needed two fillings, Dr. Baker was excellent. I was comfortable during the procedure. I was very satisfied.

And so for that I'm glad that Baker Dentistry caught my eye on Groupon with a fantastic deal. Not only was the price BEYOND fair, the service and professionalism exhibited by all was truly exemplary. Dr Baker treated me like a longtime patient and Alina who executed my cleaning was amazingly gentle and exhibited a wonderful "bedside manner" -- eventually you HAVE to go to the dentist... so you might as well go to a good one.

Been going here for 6 years, and Dr Baker and his staff are wonderful. I had a scheduling conflict last week for work during my originally scheduled cleaning and they were able to get me in first thing this morning. The hygienist that I dealt with this morning is fairly new to the office (4 Months), but she fits right in with the rest of the staff. She is extremely proficient at here job, and very personable. I have been going to Dr Baker for over 4 years and find him to be a very professional, caring and responsive dentist. I admit I am a coward when it comes to dental work. I love this dental office. The dentist, assistants and hygienists are all very friendly, they let you know what's happening at each step and they are gentle as well. My daughters both see this dentist and they don't ever complain about having to get dental care. I've been to three other dentists in Clearwater, and this is the office I recommend to my friends.

Awesome staff, always courteous and outstanding at what they do. I just had my annual cleaning done with Melissa and I feel like brand new. Doctor Craig also took care of a chip in one of my front tooth without breaking my wallet. He is the best dentist in the 25 years we've been living in Clearwater. Believe me when I say it is a privilege because, prior to Dr. Craig, we've had nothing but disappointments. Dr. Craig and staff makes is so simple, no hassles, and the work they do is absolutely golden. I also love the appointment reminders by email and phone. Thank you Dr. Craig and please congratulate your staff for a job well done for the many years we've been with you, particularly for taking such good care of my family.

Very friendly staff talk to you not down on you. Took time to explained everything they need to do to fix all the problems. The first appointment was for my husband and after how he and myself were treated at his appointment, I was ready to set up an appointment for myself. Very happy we found this Dentist office.
Update 2/11/2019: I had a tooth that was broken off and was very scared to see the Dr. Baker but he put me at ease and he was able to pull the tooth without me stressing so much. Absolutely love Dr. Baker and his staff! Won't go to anyone else from now on!

I still enjoy going to the dentist. Who knew? I am always greeted by the nicest people and checked in. Denise is a great hygienist who understands my lack of desire to have things poking in my mouth. She is gentle and sweet but gets the job done. Today I had a permanent crown and a filling completed. Danielle, Dr, Baker’s assistant and Dr. Baker were very personable, even offering me a warm blanket when I got cold.

The best dentist in the Tampa Bay Area. Go see Dr. Baker and his team. You will not be disappointed.

I have been going to Dr. Baker for over 5 years. He's very friendly as are his hygienists and staff. I'm a busy professional with a lot of meetings and I love that I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes, if that for an appointment and I've had many. My previous dentist was always a long wait, double booked which is why I left that dentist. I love how they don't double book here, stick to a schedule and always do it with very friendly service.

I have been going to Dr. Baker's office for 7 years. He has been very good to me and someone I continue to come to after moving an hour away. I was referred to him after a sports injury that impacted my front four teeth. He did a great job making them look as natural as possible. His staff is excellent and I look forward to going to see those friendly and familiar faces.

Love the staff here. You can tell that they are seasoned professionals that work with the utmost integrity. I used to go to Bright Now Dental and felt like a number not a person, but here everyone seems to be customer service oriented and it goes a long way. I will definitely return and highly recommend. I bought the Groupon for X Rays and a cleaning-- the X Ray technician was the best I have ever met. Dr. Baker did a very thorough exam of my teeth before my cleaning, spent at least 20 minutes with me which I found impressive. He recommended some things and gave advice on my teeth. The cleaning itself was great, fast and thorough. The office is clean (very important for me). Would highly recommend!

Today I took my 80 year old father for his initial appointment. For someone with stage IV Parkinson's and severe diabetes and most of all hadn't been to a dentist since 2004 he was treated with the up most respect and professionalism. I was elated witnessing the attention he was given by not only the staff but the dentist himself. Not only am I bringing my Dad back to address his treatment plan but he left with a beautiful electric toothbrush that offered a $20 rebate after purchase! What a wonderful office!

I went for the first time to Dr. Baker's office for a Cleaning, and felt so comfortable. Everyone was so pleasant and nice, as well as professional. They even offered me a blanket if I was cold. Also, there was no pressure for future dental work. I was very impressed.

Highly recommended. I am very picky about dentists. I am what you might call a nightmare patient. I question everything, I hate upselling, and I am well educated on the unnecessary procedures most dentists try to sell you. These people are great. Very professional, courteous, and skilled. They fixed my chipped tooth and really took their time to do it right. They perfectly matched the color. Dr. Baker really worked at making sure the bite was just right, having me slide my teeth around and checking and repeating about a half dozen times, making little adjustments until perfection was achieved. I have finally found a dentist that meets, and in fact exceeded all of my expectations. This is THE place to go. P.S., I don't give 5 star reviews lightly.

Office staff, hygienist, and Dr Baker are all great. Highly recommended. They take time to explain diagnoses and procedures and are always contentious of the patient's comfort. My husband and I have been very happy with our experience. Thanks !

If any one has ever broken a tooth while eating, you can appreciate the traumatic experience that I experience. However, I was comforted by the great dental office that I belong too. They took me in within an hour and were able to text me back up pain-free and patched up for the time being. It's great to know I can count on them in emergencies!

I found Dr. Baker on Groupon 4 years ago...My dental health was about a 4. Within a year Dr. Baker and his team raised my dental health to a 9 and have maintained that level. All members of the staff are professional and attentive (They Care). I recommend Dr. Baker and His Team very highly. As a bonus they are insurance experts and do all the paper work for you...to the extent that they even filed my HSA account info automatically. They are a true Wonder. I moved 30 minutes away and still brave the traffic to go to My Dentist...Dr. Baker!!! Thank you!!!

Amy was super patient with my 5 year old and explained everything before she did it. My daughter loved it and can't wait to go back, what a wonderful experience! My cleaning followed and she made me instantly at ease and completely erased any traumatic experiences I have had in the past with dentist offices and my teeth. Thank you for being so wonderful!

All weekend I was suffering from pain with a tooth that's been a problem for way too long. I called about everywhere to get help today. And Dr Baker and his staff got me in within just a couple hours. I am VERY anxious and have anxiety, however they took their time with me and helped me make a sound decision. No pushing me to get all this work done that may or may have not worked. They listened and they were really genuine. Thank God for all of them that work their. And they didn't charge me an insain amount like the other places i spoke with(i had to pay OOP because my insurance sucks lol) . They have got a new patient for life here as well as my husband. We were very pleased. It was a very comfortable experience and got my tooth out that was killing me. Thank you to the entire staff for your help! I'll see you in July when my insurance kicks back in! Great overall experience. Will be going back.

Customer service was outstanding! The Dentist and Dental assistants explained what was being done throughout the procedure. They were also checking to see how I was feeling too! They were very informative and caring at the same time.

The whole staff at Dr. Baker's office were great to work with! They were all smiling and seemed to really enjoy working there. They all took the time to explain what was going on and it was a very comforting feeling knowing what to expect next. Being able to watch ESPN during the X-Rays was just icing on the cake!

Dr. Baker and his staff are all at the top of there game! I'm not a fan of going to the dentist but they make you feel like family when you do have to come in. The care is great and the staff is always willing to establish an affordable care plan.

Dr. Baker and his staff are THE BEST. I have had MAJOR dental anxiety since I was a child. We’re talking crying & shaking with silly things as simple as X-rays. It’s irrational, but I couldn’t help it. I found them about eight years ago after months of research and reading reviews. The entire staff is so calming and comforting. Sonya is an absolute godsend ♥️. It feels like being at the dentist with family.
I moved over an hour away, and I have continued to see them. Currently, I am traveling for work, but I still keep my appointments in Florida, and I will continue going to Dr. Baker as long as I can. If you’re on the fence about where to go for dental, this is your place. You will not regret it.

This is the second time that Dr Baker has come to my rescue and saved the day. I chipped my tooth during lunch at work today, called immediately for an appointment (expecting an availability sometime next week) and the office got me in at 3:30 the same day! I walked in panicking and left with perfect teeth.. Well perfectly smooth anyway lol. Dr Baker and his staff really are amazing!!
